Laurie’s role as Director of Pulse Marketing Agency comes alive with her vision to connect people and businesses to the surrounding communities.
At Pulse, Laurie helps guide the agency and manages the digital sales. With more than a decade of experience in the sales field, Laurie doesn’t just help her clients achieve their goals, but supports her team in determining their goals as well.
A BS in Business Administration from Husson University helped Laurie pave the way to where she is today.
While Laurie came to Maine from New York, she has embraced the country life and is often found taking in the outdoors with her husband, Joe, 2-year-old son, Carter, and their three dogs.
Brian CotlarSenior Business Development Executive
Brian H. Cotlar joined Pulse Marketing Agency in July of 2021, after serving for 5 years as the Director of Membership & Sales at the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce. Brian started his career in Maine in 2009, when he left the Philadelphia metro area and took a media sales position with the Bangor Daily News.
Brian firmly believes that the business owners in our Maine communities play a pivotal role in the quality of life and availability of services and amenities in our region, and he is a passionate advocate for anything that helps the business community thrive.
Brian likes to keep busy and volunteers for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Bangor. Additionally, he has refereed high school football and is a Past Master of St. Andrew’s Lodge #83 A.F.&A.M. in Bangor. Brian is a part-time student as well, and is currently working toward his AAS Degree in Computer Programming at Eastern Maine Community College.
In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking/camping, disc golf, video games, and all things Star Trek. Brian lives in Bangor where he would like to remain indefinitely, as he feels that the Bangor Region is a truly wonderful place to live!
Cam AmorosoBusiness Development Executive
Cam holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Bentley University. Cam is in charge of business development efforts at Pulse and works closely with managers on the team to help streamline communication efforts between clients and the Agency. Additionally, Cam works on proposals and reporting deliverables for clients. Prior to joining Pulse, Cam held positions within the hospitality and software industries in Boston. He brings to the team in-depth knowledge of Google advertising and reporting products, and online marketing tools in general.
Tyler BilodeauBusiness Development Executive
The newest member of the Pulse Marketing Agency Team, Tyler is in his final semester studying Integrated Marketing Communications at Ithaca College. Tyler will be joining the sales team, working to create new relationships with prospective clients in addition to continuing to build current relationships with existing clients. During his time at Ithaca, Tyler was the president of IC’s Public Relations Student Society of America and American Advertising Federation chapters. He loves public relations and creating strategic plans for clients, as he takes pride in helping others to achieve their goals. In his free time, he loves to write and perform music with his bands Anxious Hands and darkmatter as well as spending time with his friends and family.
Ally ScottSenior Marketing Manager
Ally holds an MBA from Husson University and a bachelor’s degree in media studies from the New England School of Communications at Husson University, with a concentration in marketing communications. She has thorough knowledge in the research, development, and implementation of marketing strategy, as well as experience in graphic design, video, photography, and web design.
Ally oversees the successful implementation of our clients’ campaigns and is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of each client’s brand in all of our marketing initiatives. Her roles at Pulse have included marketing research and planning, content writing, social media marketing and advertising, and brand development. She is a terrific marketer and highly respected by our clients and partners.
When she’s not in the office, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, which usually involves an adventure outdoors, down at the family dairy farm, or upta camp.
Chris GreenSenior Marketing Manager
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and History from the University of Maine and has a background as a social media and website consultant. At Pulse, Chris works as a senior marketing manager, overseeing implementation and completion of client campaigns as well as personally carrying out content writing, data analysis, and research projects. In addition to this, Chris manages the social media accounts of our clients and provides monthly analytics reports based on their performance. Besides this, Chris is Google Ad certified and has a strong understanding of search engine and video marketing. Chris is detail-focused and analytical and works hard to make sure clients get the best of what Pulse can offer.
Colleen CropleyMarketing Manager
Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Maine, with a minor in Marketing. She is a marketing manager at Pulse, with her role including managing client campaigns, content writing, social media marketing, and more. Colleen is Google Ads certified in both search and display ads.
Amanda MillayMarketing and Design Specialist
Amanda attended the New England School of Communications where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Graphic Design. Before working at Pulse, she spent ten years crafting her marketing skills in both the jewelry and automotive industry. She also freelanced as a graphic designer.
At Pulse, Amanda is dedicated to curating creative and engaging content. She prides herself on being a “rock star” marketer for her clients and coworkers. She believes creativity is more than design it’s a story. She takes great joy in the opportunity to share someone’s story through writing and design. She is Google Ads certified in display and search ads.
Amanda is a proud “county girl” born and raised in Presque Isle, Maine. In her free time, she loves adventure, giving back to her community, and spending time with family. Her adventures are often with her husband and their dog, Layla. In the summer, they enjoy hiking and traveling, and in the winter they enjoy snowboarding. She is also an active member of CrossFit Bangor.
Branin BlodgettMultimedia Designer
Branin holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Web Design from The New England Institute of Art. He is passionate about creating compelling branding, graphics, and experiences for print and web.
In his time at Pulse, Branin has designed print collateral for some our largest clients, such as Bangor Federal Credit Union, Bangor Natural Gas, BASWG, Hero’s Sports Grill, Beal’s Lobster Pier, the Maine Tourism Association, Numberall, and Unity College. He also developed fully responsive websites for Bangor Water, Penquis, OnPoint Solutions, Designing Fitness, The Northeastern Workforce Development Board, Lupine Meadows, and our very own Pulse website. Branin has directed numerous video productions and motion graphics for Bangor Federal Credit Union and Healthy Communities of the Capital Area, and animated a whiteboard time-lapse for Unity College.
In addition to creating branding materials and websites, Branin has a background in fine art, photography, and music composition.
Scott TirrellWeb Developer
Scott is a graduate of the University of Maine and has been programming computers since dabbling in BASIC on an Atari 600XL home computer. Scott has over two decades of professional web development experience with a passion for WordPress.
Scott lives with his wife and two dogs in Old Orchard Beach, enjoys collecting retro video games (Atari), and watching Mystery Science Theater 3000.
