Take advantage of this mind set and provide your clients with a year-end report of all services provided and how your services or products helped them succeed. Provide them with a list of suggestions for the new year. Take them out for lunch, show your appreciation for their business, and leave them excited with ideas for a successful new year. Make sure to schedule a follow-up meeting for the beginning of January, so you can solidify the plans for the new year.
‘Tis the season for giving back. If your business is involved with a charitable organization, it can reflect well on your values to your clients. Sharing photographs or other social media posts about your charitable contributions not only benefits your community but your brand as well.
