What is a tour?

Our 360 ̊ tour consists of up to 30 sphere photos that are ‘stitched’ into a virtual tour. If you have a very large property and wish to purchase a one-time tour, we can take additional sphere photos as needed at $25 per photo.

What are Feature HD Photos?

Feature photos are HD still photos of your decor, storefront, merchandise, or restaurant dishes. All photos are professionally edited for use in future marketing campaigns.

What if I don’t have a Google My Business profile?

We’ll help you create one! It is a very simple process and it only takes 5-10 minutes to create a profile.

How long do the photo shoots take?

Photo shoots take an average of 2 hours, depending on the size of the property. The photo shoot can be conducted during business hours, however for best results we suggest scheduling the photo shoot on a date that is typically slower.

What do I need to do to prepare for the photo shoot?

Make sure your property looks great! It’s a 360 ̊ tour, so rooms should be completely free of clutter as your guests will have a full view of the entire room. Please be on time at the tour site, as our photographer usually has multiple photo shoots scheduled on the same day.

Is the pricing monthly or per tour?

Our packages are based on a twelve-month subscription. Each package includes a certain number of tours you can produce per year. Monthly payment is scheduled on a credit/debit card. The one-time tour fee is due the time the contract is signed.

What if I don’t use all of my tours within the 12-month subscription?

Like any other service, your subscription does have an expiration date. Our packages are designed to be used once every two months, once per month, or twice per month. We recommend that you pick a subscription level that will fit your needs, and schedule tours regularly. All tours must be scheduled and produced within the contract dates.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled tour?

Tours canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If a photographer is dispatched to your location and can’t perform the service, you’ll forfeit the tour.

What does ‘Preferred Schedule’ mean?

It means that you can schedule your tour in a little as 24-hours notice anytime Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Your project will take priority in our queue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the contract, the full amount of services rendered is due at the time of cancellation.

What if I haven’t used any of my tours at the time of my cancellation, do I get a refund?

No. As a service-based subscription, we encourage our clients to use their service on a regular basis to benefit from the value of their packages.
